About Tad Riggs
Tad has over 40 years experience in the home building industry – and over 27 of those years in Flagstaff – perfecting his skills and knowledge in the areas of design, scheduling, and quality. If you are looking for a home builder that is conscientious, honest, detail oriented and an excellent communicator, Tad Riggs is your person. After unsuccessfully attempting to buy an existing home in Flagstaff, we purchased a lot and decided to build. Tad came recommended to us, but we also interviewed several other builders recommended to us, before making our decision. Tad was in the later stages of finishing a custom home at the time, so we were able to see a home Tad was currently building. It was clear he was meticulous in his work, but also had excellent subs whose work looked beautiful.
Despite building in the COVID world, Tad worked diligently to build our custom home in a very timely manner. When delays occurred that were, frankly exclusively outside of his control, he kept us informed and updated. Since we were building in an existing neighborhood, he proactively communicated with the neighbors during the process-and kept the jobsite clean and tidy. Tad called, texted, sent photos and emails, while always staying several steps ahead and anticipating decision points. He is also genuinely nice and very easy and fun to work with.
We could not be more pleased our home. There is really nothing more we could have asked from Tad and our finished home is all we hoped it would be and more.
