Our process begins very simple…we care.
Whether you’ve owned property for years or continue to search for the perfect site, Riggs Homes is ready to assist. We can meet you at the property for a free evaluation.
Every property is different and has its own characteristics and with your help we can determine the possibilities of your home. We can also conduct a review of the site preparation costs, HOA, as well as the architectural guidelines, municipality requirements, evaluate water and electricity services, wells, and/or septic systems.
If you do not have plans yet, then we can steer you to the people that can help make that happen. Your price range and financial goals are all considered for the ideal construction experience.
As we proceed, we will have information meetings to discuss the designs and the site plan to begin the constriction of your home. When the design is ready, the bid process begins and the specifications and budget are set. As the construction unfolds, craftsman begin working to ensure your home is complete. You may be asked to attend several on-site meetings to make decisions regarding where you want certain things (all of your selections are always made prior to the start of your home. We want the home to keep moving in a timely manner).
There are many decisions and moving parts when building a home and we want to make sure you’re involved and informed as we go.
